Delivery and Shipping Fees
Our local and international deliveries will be done via Singapore Post Limited (Singpost).
Deliveries can be made to residential and commercial addresses.
“Normal Mail" - A FREE normal mail delivery service within Singapore only for purchases made up to $60. While this is the most economical mode of delivery, you are not able to track your items as the parcel tracking services are not made available. We are not able to accommodate any refunds if your items are lost in mail. Items sent under this mode of delivery will be delivered to your mailbox. Items are expected to reach you within 5 working days.
“SMARTPAC Mail” - A trackable delivery service within Singapore only for purchases made up to $60. Items are delivered to your letterbox by the postman. You can check the delivery status of your items via a tracking number. Items that are delivered unsuccessfully at the doorstep will be placed at your mailbox. Items are expected to reach you within 2 to 4 working days.
"Doorstep Delivery"- A "to-your-doorstep" delivery service within Singapore only for purchases made from $61 and above. Items are delivered to your doorstep by the postman. For an unsuccessful delivery, a delivery slip will be issued and items have to be collected at the designated Singpost branch stated. Items are expected to reach you within 3 to 5 working days.
For our overseas friends in Australia, Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia, the shipping fee is calculated during checkout.
For our other international friends, do ask us about the shipping fee and we will advise accordingly.
You can check the delivery status of your items via a tracking number.
Should there be an unexpected delay on the delivery of your items, we will inform you promptly and monitor the situation.
