Order & Payment Processing
We carry mainly pre-order items with some in stock items from time to time. The order processing vary due to the logistical nature of both items.
Patience rewards those who wait as the saying goes. We accept orders 24/7 unless a limited time period is stated. There will be a waiting period of 14 to 18 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday). The waiting period starts from the date payment is received. We will notify you when the items are ready for delivery.
Important! We are the happiest people on Earth when we are able to help our customers. Even so, we are not able to accommodate any dateline requested as the items are made upon order. Your next best choice is to find in stock items or another retailer that can help you.
In Stock Items
The name of the game for in stock items is speed. Upon completing your purchase, we can process, pack and send your items for delivery in a blink of an eye. Okay, we admit that we don't have superspeed as a superpower but we can complete the whole process in 1 to 3 working days.
In the event the items ordered/purchased are unavailable in size, colour or stock, you can opt to change for the same or higher priced items. Alternatively, you can request a full refund.
