Return and Refund Policy

​We aim to make it simple and easy for you to request a return or refund. So please, take a moment to read on how to enjoy a hassle-free return and refund experience.

If the items are indeed in an undesirable condition i.e. permanent stain or torn upon you receiving them, we suggest these recommended actions:

Action 1: Check on items for any fault immediately upon receiving it.

Action 2: Take a photo of the fault condition.

Action 3: Send us an email/WhatsApp message with the photo and the description of the fault condition. Please notify us within 1 DAY upon receiving the items for us to review your request. Any longer than that, we may fall asleep without reviewing your request.

Action 4: Enjoy listening to your favourite songs while we review and reply your return request within 7 working days.

Action 5: Once your return request has our thumbs up, use a SmartPac to mail back the items. We will provide the return address in our reply to you.

Action 6: Send us a photo of the tracking number indicated on the SmartPac to our email or WhatsApp at 88771546.

Action 7: Sit back and indulge in your favourite show while we process your refund.

Refund will be the full price of the items and the cost of the SmartPac mail.

Our refund method follows your choice of payment for the initial order made i.e. card payment/PayNow/bank transfer. 

Also, please take note of the following:

  • We reserve the rights to withhold any refunds if your original items have not reached our mailing address.
  • Please ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
  • We are unable to accommodate any refund for ANY cancellation of order, purchase, items lost in standard mail delivery.
  • We are unable to refund or exchange due to personal preference as follows:
    • The size does not fit you;
    • Colour is not to your liking;
    • The design does not suit you; or
    • Slight colour difference from the actual item and the item's photo. 
  • Full refund will be offered if the items are unavailable in size, colour or stock. 
  • Partial refund will be given if you decide to keep the items.
  • Not applicable for Sale Item.
